How Our Aligners Are Made

First, we perform a painless 3D scan of your oral cavity to create an accurate digital model of your teeth. Based on this, a step-by-step tooth movement plan is automatically generated, and a thin PET-G sheet is formed in an Erkodent vacuum press for a perfect, detail-precise fit. Finished aligners undergo manual quality control and are then packed in a convenient, protective case.

What Our Aligners Are Made Of

We use certified medical-grade PET-G thermoplastic polyurethane (0.5 mm) from Erkodent. This material is nearly fully transparent, resists yellowing over time, maintains its elasticity and shape throughout the treatment cycle, and its smooth surface makes daily cleaning effortless and ensures comfortable wear.

How to Wear Them

You put the aligners on each morning over clean teeth and wear them for at least 20 hours a day, removing them only for meals and oral hygiene. Every 1–2 weeks, you switch to the next set according to your personalized treatment plan, making the entire process comfortable, discreet, and fully predictable.
